Post Doctorate Educational Sponsorship
We believe that research is the foundation of a strong medical support system in any nation. The pandemic outbreak has affirmed the need for more medical research to meet such unforeseen challenges. To encourage research, Sun Pharma will fund post graduate medical students for medical & clinical research in various fields. More than 1000 young scholars will receive grants every year for their research projects. Further details will be shared shortly.
Educational Aid for Doctor’s Children
According to the Indian Medical Association (IMA), we have lost 1500+ doctors in the country to Covid-19 in the first and second wave. We deeply empathise with the families who have lost a loved one in this battle. To pay homage to our martyred healthcare heroes, we are setting up an Education Fund for their children. Sun Pharma will provide an educational grant to the affected families through this fund. Further details will be shared shortly.
Donation of COVID-19 Medicines
We are all aware of the dire situation of the Covid-19 treatment resources. Availability of medicines and vaccines continue to remain significant challenges.
